Eucalyptus is seeking an Operations Lead to join their team in Germany. This role is crucial for scaling the business and building a high-performing team. The Operations Lead will focus on enhancing patient-facing functions, such as Clinical Operations and Patient Experience, ensuring that every patient receives exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

• Build and lead a high-performing team of patient-facing professionals.
• Drive results in operations metrics, such as customer satisfaction and first response time.
• Coach and develop team members to improve their effectiveness.
• Identify opportunities to boost productivity and improve processes for scaling.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in venture capital and/or a high-growth scale-up (plus 2-3 years in a consultancy).
• Leadership experience.
• German professional-level with strong English skills.
• Robust analytical capabilities and attention to detail.
• Strong ability to prioritize and manage projects end-to-end.
• Exceptional written, presentation, and verbal communication skills.
