Responsibilities:
  • Onboarding new patients and resolving patient tickets.
  • Collaborating with pharmacy, nurses, and prescribers.
  • Sharing patient feedback and escalating issues.
  • Maintaining process documentation.
  • Managing the Facebook community.
  • Taking on new responsibilities and ad-hoc tasks.

Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer support or a customer-facing role.
  • Bilingual in German and English (fluent German, minimum B2 English).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Empathetic with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with computers and CX software (Google Suite and Zendesk preferred).
