Job Description
Eucalyptus is seeking a CRM Manager in the UK to lead Juniper’s lifecycle and retention strategy. The role involves creating engaging, data-driven campaigns that support patients throughout their journey, influencing their experience with Juniper and the perceived value of its services.
The CRM Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring patients feel supported, informed, and motivated to continue their treatment. As Eucalyptus expands its services to build a long-term health ecosystem, the person in this role will foster meaningful relationships beyond medication periods.
This role requires a strategic and creative mindset and the ability to work cross-functionally.
What this role involves:
- Developing and executing lifecycle marketing campaigns across email, push, SMS, and in-app messaging.
- Using data and insights to personalize communications for specific patient cohorts.
- Leveraging content to create impactful messaging about nutrition, weight loss, and health.
- Developing innovative campaigns, such as automated onboarding flows and reactivation strategies.
- Collaborating with marketing, product, and analytics teams to align initiatives with business goals.
- Continuously testing and optimizing campaigns through A/B testing.
- Tracking and reporting on key engagement and retention metrics.
Requirements:
- At least 4 years of experience in lifecycle marketing or CRM, ideally in a startup environment.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., Klaviyo, Customer.io, Braze) and analytics platforms (e.g., Tableau, Mixpanel, Metabase).
- Data-driven with experience in using data to identify gaps in the patient journey and running A/B tests.
- Strong written communication skills and passion for patient experience.
- Highly organised, independent, and collaborative within a team.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with creative problem-solving skills.
