This role involves architecting, deploying, and managing blockchain nodes at scale, along with designing advanced solutions for optimal system performance. - Architecting, deploying, and managing blockchain nodes at scale
- Designing and implementing advanced solutions for optimal system performance
- Leading troubleshooting efforts and root cause analysis
- Architecting and maintaining robust system automation frameworks
- Championing high availability and scalability solutions
- Participating in on-call activity and providing support for production systems
- Providing mentorship and guidance to junior team members
- 5+ years of experience in a DevOps Engineer or SRE role
- Advanced proficiency in system engineering and automation tools (Ansible, Terraform, Kubernetes)
- In-depth experience supporting Linux servers in large environments (500+ servers)
- Deep troubleshooting expertise to quickly identify server, network, and application issues
- Experience troubleshooting complex application flows which span multiple clusters of systems
- Knowledge of common OS and application level settings to optimize system performance
- Demonstrated experience in leading and working effectively in remote or distributed team environments
