Figment is seeking a Senior Protocol Product Manager to optimize staking performance across multiple protocols. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and drive the implementation of protocol-specific improvements.Figment powers the future of Web3 through industry-leading blockchain infrastructure, offering staking solutions to institutional clients. - Own and drive the staking performance optimization product roadmap for key protocols
- Collaborate with DevOps, Engineering, Data Science, and Protocol teams
- Lead multiple concurrent projects
- Develop understanding of protocol-specific nuances
- Create and maintain product documentation
- Work with Sales and Marketing teams
- 7+ years of product management experience
- Strong technical background
- Experience with protocol staking
- Excellent project management skills
- Outstanding communication skills
