Job Description
Figment is seeking an Account Executive to drive business growth in Hong Kong and the APAC region. The Account Executive will be responsible for selling Figment's staking services, contributing to sales targets, and assisting with relationship management. They will also build sales collateral, assist with customer requests, and advocate for customer needs within the organization. The ideal candidate will be based in Hong Kong and have experience selling into marketplaces, exchanges, or traditional financial institutions.

Role Involves:
  • Understanding Figment’s business and qualifying potential opportunities.
  • Driving business growth in Hong Kong and the APAC region.
  • Contributing to achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Assisting with relationship management and providing customer support.
  • Building and improving sales collateral.
  • Assisting with inbound customer requests and resolving customer queries.
  • Driving customer satisfaction practices and identifying upsell opportunities.
  • Advocating for customer needs within the organization.
  • Working with Customer Success to keep customers informed about product updates.
  • Assisting with competitor analysis in the region.
  • Helping attend and coordinate events throughout the APAC region.
  • Partnering closely with team members in APAC, EMEA, and North America.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Based in Hong Kong.
  • Experience selling into marketplaces, exchanges, and/or traditional financial institutions.
  • Past success of working with monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Demonstrated success meeting/exceeding quarterly and annual new business sales targets.
  • Proven track record of filling the sales funnel with qualified leads.
  • Experience using CRM tools to track leads and new opportunities.
  • Keen interest in crypto/blockchain with a familiarity of staking.
  • Self-starter who is excited at the prospect of growing a business in a fast-developing sector.
  • Pragmatic and solutions-oriented.
  • Results-oriented individual with a high EQ.
  • Track record of customer advocacy.
