Figment is seeking a Business Development Representative in Singapore to drive growth in the APAC region. The role involves revolutionizing the staking landscape for digital assets custodians, exchanges, and channel partners.
Figment is a leading provider of staking solutions, assisting over 500 institutional clients in optimizing their crypto rewards. With a fully remote global presence across 12 countries, Figment aims to accelerate the adoption and success of the Web3 ecosystem.
Responsibilities include:
- Researching and building targeted account lists in the APAC region
- Creating and executing strategic outbound campaigns
- Conducting outreach to secure meetings with qualified prospects
- Qualifying and nurturing inbound leads
- Partnering with Account Executives to support pipeline development
- Maintaining detailed records in Salesforce CRM
- Monitoring competitor offerings and market trends
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Supporting regional events and networking opportunities
Requirements include:
- 1-2 years of experience in sales development, preferably in tech or fintech
- Based in Singapore
- Strong prospecting and research skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience with CRM systems
- Keen interest in crypto/blockchain
- Self-starter mentality with strong organizational skills
- Resilient and adaptable with a growth mindset
- Team player with high emotional intelligence
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
