Job Description
Forma.ai is seeking an Incentive Analytics Manager to join their Customer Operations team. This role is based in Pune, India, and operates on a hybrid work model. The Incentive Analytics Manager will play a crucial role in optimizing incentive compensation plans for Forma.ai's customers.
The Incentive Analytics Manager will report to the Senior Manager of Customer Operations. He will contribute to the following areas:
- Developing a strong understanding of the Forma.ai product and platform.
- Leading ongoing operations for a portfolio of customers.
- Implementing new Forma.ai platform features.
- Identifying potential opportunities for process improvement.
- Leading design projects.
- Guiding and coaching a team of Analysts/Associates.
- Acting as the main point of contact for senior customer stakeholders.
- Collaborating with the Engineering team.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in management consulting, finance, sales operations, tech implementation, or a similar quantitative role.
- 2+ years of experience leading project teams.
- Strong experience in project planning and execution.
- Strong analytical problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Exceptional understanding of analytical and presentation tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
