Job Description
League is seeking a Principal, Solutions Engineering to join their pre-sales team. This role involves partnering with Strategic Account Directors to showcase League’s platform capabilities and understand prospective customers’ business and digital requirements. The Principal will design digital consumer experiences, align platform capabilities to business value, and visualize best-in-class health experiences. They will also work cross-functionally with customer, implementation, product, and engineering teams to turn strategies and solutions into action plans. League is a platform technology company powering next-generation healthcare consumer experiences.
Role involves:
- Designing digital consumer experiences in healthcare.
- Aligning platform capabilities to business value.
- Visualizing health experiences through presentations and mock-ups.
- Partnering with internal teams to turn strategies into action plans.
- Working with Strategic Account Directors on RFP/RFIs and technical evaluations.
Requirements:
- 7-10+ years of Solutions Engineering / Pre-Sales experience.
- 10-15+ years total professional experience.
- Deep healthcare industry experience (e.g., Payer, Provider).
- Understanding of international healthcare environments, including the UK.
- Experience in leading solution architecture and software demonstrations.
- Platform-as-a-service experience preferred.
- Excellent storytelling and communication skills.
