Job Description
League is seeking a VP of AI & Data Products to lead the development and implementation of its AI and data product strategy. This role involves translating complex data science and AI concepts into strategies and value for product teams and stakeholders. The VP will spearhead cross-functional initiatives, build relationships with stakeholders, and champion a data-driven culture. They will also drive the adoption of AI technologies to enhance League's platform and deliver value to its members.
Role Involves:
- Defining and championing the vision and strategy for the Data Products & AI organization.
- Collaborating with Product Management, Engineering, and Growth leadership to build innovative AI & data products.
- Driving the exploration and implementation of AI and machine learning technologies.
- Participating in League’s Executive Leadership Team, providing strategic thought leadership on data, AI, and technology trends.
- Directing the development and management of data, research/insights, and personalization strategies.
- Defining and implementing robust data management frameworks and structures.
- Providing coaching, mentorship, and feedback to the leadership of the data team.
- Driving strategy to ensure League's platform offers personalized user experiences.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in data analysis, data science, data product management, and AI/ML implementation.
- US healthcare industry experience is required.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in progressively responsible leadership roles.
- Proven experience in building and launching successful data products.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML algorithms and techniques.
- Experience working with executive level leadership.
- Strong business acumen.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Track record of success managing and delivering complex data projects in an agile environment.
- Results-driven and forward-thinking.
- Excellent presentation and storytelling skills.
