LightForce Orthodontics is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to ensure consistent performance of its 3D-printed orthodontic braces and identify optimization opportunities. The Senior Quality Engineer will collaborate with the R&D engineering team and stakeholders from Operations to develop new standards and protocols.
Responsibilities:
- Lead projects to develop specifications and manufacturing control limits.
- Conduct testing and propose novel methods for design and process improvements.
- Provide guidance in the development and validation of product improvements and new product lines.
- Develop plans for monitoring and maintaining quality.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial, mechanical, or related engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in quality, manufacturing, or engineering.
- Knowledge of statistical methods/analysis.
- Experience in designing production equivalent rapid prototypes.
- Excellent communication skills.
