STEM Healthcare is seeking a Project Director to manage consulting projects for global and local pharmaceutical organizations in the China market. The Project Director will report to the VP, International East, and will be responsible for the end-to-end management of consulting projects. This role involves business development, client relationship management, and team leadership. STEM Healthcare is a dynamic global pharmaceutical strategic benchmarking firm headquartered in the UK.

Responsibilities:
  • Business development, including maintaining current business and winning new clients.
  • Client contact, developing understanding of their business, and presenting final reports.
  • Briefing and managing field teams.
  • Developing and stress-testing initial hypotheses.
  • Making strategic recommendations to clients.

Requirements:
  • Degree in relevant area (Business Studies/Life Sciences).
  • In house Pharma Sales Management, Marketing Management, Business Unit Head or management consultant with high level of client facing interaction, related to sales and marketing experience.
  • Ability to network at high levels.
  • Results-focused with good interpersonal skills.
  • Ambitious, with good leadership skills.
