Job Description

vhsys, located in São José dos Pinhais, is seeking a Junior Customer Experience Assistant to join their CX team. This role involves providing customer support to micro and small business owners, aiming to enhance their success and satisfaction through each interaction. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping others, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a dynamic environment.

The Customer Experience Assistant will be responsible for delivering professional and empathetic support to vhsys customers, ensuring positive and valuable interactions.

• Providing courteous and professional customer service following established guidelines.
• Demonstrating empathy and understanding of customer needs.
• Attempting to resolve customer inquiries and issues on the first call, with supervision and guidance.
• Acting with agility and efficiency to increase productivity during support interactions.
• Receiving feedback and guidance to improve customer service skills.
• Maintaining basic records of customer interactions in the company's CRM system.
• Handling customer interactions via telephone and chat.
• Analyzing situations to accurately create support tickets.
• Monitoring personal performance.
• Seeking development opportunities to improve results within the company.
• Reporting pertinent situations to supervisors for creating documentation and tutorials, and seeking information and evidence to aid in the process.

Requirements:

• Experience in customer service/support.
• Experience in resolving technical issues.
• Good communication skills (oral and written) and the ability to express oneself clearly.
• Open-mindedness in mediating conflicts to resolve problems and simplify the customer's life.
• Results-oriented approach.
• Desire for continuous learning and active contribution to the team with ideas and suggestions.
• Basic knowledge of technology or a strong willingness to learn.
• Completed high school education.
