Job Description

vhsys is seeking a BDR Jr. to join its Canais team. This role involves identifying and qualifying potential leads through proactive prospecting via phone, WhatsApp, and email. The BDR will collaborate closely with hunters and farmers, providing detailed lead information to ensure a healthy and qualified negotiation pipeline. vhsys conducts strategic prospecting through market studies and mapping, supported by powerful tools.

This is a fully on-site position located in São José dos Pinhais/PR.

Responsibilities include:

  • Researching and identifying potential clients through various online sources.
  • Conducting proactive prospecting via phone, WhatsApp, and email to qualify leads.
  • Managing the sales funnel (ExactSales).
  • Scheduling meetings for the hunters/farmers team.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions in the CRM (ExactSales).
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop effective lead generation strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (in progress or completed).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools, such as ExactSales or HubSpot.
  • Proactive attitude and ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
  • Knowledge and ability to identify market opportunities.
