SDR | Canais at vhsys

vhsys is seeking a dynamic SDR to join its Canais team. This individual will play an active role in the success of numerous entrepreneurs by strengthening partnerships with top companies. The role is based 100% onsite in São José dos Pinhais/PR.

Responsibilities include:

• Creating and executing prospecting strategies for lead generation.
• Identifying and qualifying new strategic partners.
• Conducting partner prospecting and contributing to their enablement.
• Following up proactively with potential leads through various channels.
• Identifying potential partner needs and presenting product and service benefits.
• Collaborating with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads.
• Providing feedback on lead quality and prospecting strategy effectiveness.
• Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with existing partners.
• Participating in the creation and execution of demand generation strategies with partners.

Requirements include:

• Previous experience as an SDR, preferably in technology or SaaS companies.
• Advanced communication and persuasion skills.
• Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM.
• Analytical ability to interpret data and optimize processes.
• Experience in market research to identify strategic partnership opportunities.
• Negotiation and relationship-building skills.
