vhsys is seeking a Junior Channel Supervisor to assist in managing and coordinating the company's distribution channels. This role involves working closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure the operational efficiency of the channels, identify opportunities for improvement, and contribute to achieving sales and distribution goals. The Junior Channel Supervisor will support the supervision of the team's daily activities, providing guidance to junior team members and helping them achieve individual and team goals.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting the supervision of the daily activities of the channels team.
• Providing support to junior team members, helping them achieve their individual and team goals.
• Supporting the implementation of strategies to expand the brand's presence in distribution channels.
• Assisting in managing relationships with partners and distributors, providing support and guidance when necessary.
• Monitoring and analyzing the performance of the channels, identifying trends and optimization opportunities.
• Collaborating in the creation of training and communication materials for channel partners.
• Participating in meetings and presentations to discuss channel progress and propose solutions.
• Assisting in resolving operational problems and distribution-related issues.
• Maintaining accurate records of channel activities and metrics for regular reports.

Requirements:

• Academic background in Administration, Marketing, or related areas.
• Previous experience in distribution channel support roles will be valued.
• Basic knowledge of sales and marketing techniques.
• Analytical skills to interpret channel performance data.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in the Office suite and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
• Proactive and able to work collaboratively in a team.
