vhsys is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) Júnior to join their team in São José dos Pinhais/PR. The company focuses on empowering micro and small businesses with management solutions (ERP).

The SDR Júnior will identify and qualify potential leads through online research, social networks, and active prospecting via phone and email. This role involves close collaboration with the sales team, providing detailed information about leads to ensure a healthy and qualified sales pipeline. The candidate will also assist in identifying and qualifying potential strategic partners and collaborate in executing demand generation strategies.

Responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and qualifying potential leads through online research and active prospecting via phone and email.
  • Scheduling meetings and demonstrations for sales representatives.
  • Maintaining detailed records of all interactions with leads in the CRM.
  • Collaborating with the team to develop innovative and effective lead qualification strategies.
  • Participating in the identification and qualification of potential strategic clients or partners.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (in progress or complete).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proactivity and ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and market research skills.
  • Willingness to learn in a dynamic and challenging work environment.
