Job Description

The company is seeking a Data Analyst to boost its marketing strategies. The Analista de Dados Pleno will play a crucial role in optimizing and ensuring the success of the company's marketing campaigns, especially in a technology context. The primary function is to ensure that marketing strategies are effective, efficient, and data-driven.

Role Involves:

• Monitoring and analyzing the performance of marketing campaigns across various channels.
• Implementing, configuring, and analyzing data from Google Analytics.
• Optimizing and monitoring conversion rates across all stages of the marketing funnel.
• Analyzing data from various sources (CRM, marketing tools, etc.) to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
• Creating and maintaining custom reports and dashboards to track campaign performance.
• Developing and implementing marketing automation flows to optimize processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Administration, or related fields (completed or in progress).
• Proven experience in Digital Marketing, with a focus on data analysis, conversion optimization, and insight generation.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, including implementation, configuration, data analysis, and custom report creation.
• Proficiency in Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
• Ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and generate actionable insights.
• Good oral and written communication skills to present results and share insights with teams.
• Proactive, organized, and results-oriented.
