Requirements:
- Previous experience in HR or related areas.
- Solid knowledge of labor laws and HR practices.
- Ability to analyze data and interpret HR metrics.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace.
- Bachelor's degree in related field.
