Bid Coordinator at Jumio

Jumio is seeking a Bid Coordinator to join its Global Pre Sales team. The Bid Coordinator will be responsible for providing technical and functional write-ups for Jumio's suite of KYX platforms and completing information requests globally. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams such as HR, Security, Product, and Finance.

The Bid Coordinator's performance will impact the Sales and Account Management teams’ effectiveness in responding to RFIs/RFPs. This role offers an opportunity to help grow the team and directly impact sales revenue at Jumio.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing and completing RFPs & RFIs
• Providing technical, functional, and subject-matter responses to our sales team
• Consulting different teams and asking questions to provide quality responses
• Working closely with Product Management, Marketing, and other Jumio business units to maintain technical & functional knowledge

Requirements:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
• 3-5+ years of expertise in a technical writing or copywriting-related role
• Strong customer interaction skills
• Strong project management skills
