Jumio is seeking an Account Manager to ensure customers maximize the value of using Jumio’s ID Verification products. This role is crucial, impacting customers, revenue, and EBITDA growth. The Account Manager will lead long-term strategies, achieve financial targets, and drive business expansion within existing accounts. The role involves a commercial emphasis on achieving revenue growth within existing accounts by finding new areas and use cases for market-leading products.
- Leading the overall long-term strategy and relationships across the assigned account portfolio.
- Achieving financial targets and growth across a range of accounts of different size and industry.
- Interacting with clients to ensure customer satisfaction by taking a consultative approach.
- Developing and executing against account plans, meeting and exceeding targets.
- Articulating compelling value propositions about Jumio’s services.
- Working cross-functionally with Solution Engineering, Marketing, and Finance to maximize account growth.
- Drafting and presenting business reports.
- Providing insight and feedback to Product and Marketing teams to enhance products and features.
- Positive attitude, team-oriented, and self-starter.
- Proven account management experience in a commercial role.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue and growth targets.
- Experience with Salesforce.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Professional, ambitious, determined, and results-oriented mindset.
- Experience in FSI and gaming markets for Security and Compliance is preferred.
