Job Description
Strata is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive growth through a high-performing sales team. The role involves discovering and qualifying potential customers, representing Strata's software, and nurturing prospects into engaged leads and customer opportunities.Responsibilities include identifying customer pain points, generating leads, maintaining a pipeline of interested prospects, and refining the lead generation playbook. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with strong communication skills and the ability to present Strata's offerings compellingly.
  • Representing company’s software
  • Generating leads and building relationships
  • Maintaining pipeline of interested prospects
  • Identifying best practices to refine lead generation playbook
  • Executing 50-75 calls per day and prospecting outbound campaigns
Requirements include:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 2-3 years of sales experience
  • Working knowledge of sales tools like Salesforce, Salesloft, Outreach, Gong etc.
  • Strong communication skills via phone and email
  • Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
  • Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization
