Job Description
Strata is seeking an Inside Sales / Sales Associate to drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities within its existing customer base and acquire new business through prospecting and relationship building. This role is based in Boulder, Colorado, and requires 4-5 days a week in the office. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in expanding account value by understanding customer needs and leveraging data-driven insights.

Responsibilities include:
  • Managing inbound leads and advancing them through the sales funnel.
  • Identifying growth opportunities within customer accounts.
  • Developing and executing scalable automation playbooks.
  • Building customer relationships and understanding their needs.
  • Tracking and analyzing customer product adoption and feature usage.
  • Collaborating with Customer Success, Sales, and Retention teams.
  • Assisting in preparing tailored pitches and follow-up materials.

Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales with closing experience, within cybersecurity, SaaS, or technology.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales metrics.
  • Strong ability to identify, position, and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Technical curiosity and the ability to quickly learn complex solutions.
  • Strong data analysis skills.
  • Customer-centric mindset with high emotional intelligence.
  • Proficiency in customer success and sales tools such as Salesforce.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
