Semgrep is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to work with top Application Security and Developer teams. The Enterprise Account Executive will be responsible for growing Semgrep's business and building a community of passionate customers. This role involves working with large Enterprise customers, managing customer engagements end-to-end, qualifying opportunities, and maintaining accurate pipeline management.
What this role involves: - Working with large Enterprise customers in various industries.
- Owning customer engagements from prospecting to close and expansion.
- Managing inbound leads and qualifying opportunities.
- Achieving and exceeding goals through outbound calls, emails, product demos, and trials.
- Maintaining accurate pipeline management and executing a territory plan.
- Collaborating with Customer Success and Product Management.
Requirements: - Proven track record of selling security solutions to CISOs and senior security executives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Curiosity to understand customer pain-points and how Semgrep can help.
- Tenacity in prospecting and advancing deals.
- Resilience to handle customer calls and travel for onsite meetings.
- 5-10 years of sales experience in high-pace environments with consistent quota achievement.
- Experience closing 6 or 7-figure deals within large Enterprise organizations.
- Expertise in asynchronous communication tools.
- Technical aptitude to become fluent in Semgrep and the DevSecOps industry.
