Semgrep is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to join their team and work with leading Application Security and Developer teams. This role involves building a region and community of customers passionate about Semgrep, contributing to the growth of a developer-centric security product.
Responsibilities: - Work with large Enterprise customers in various industries within the Southeast US.
- Own customer engagements end-to-end, from prospecting to close and expansion.
- Manage inbound leads with fast follow-up and qualify opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed goals through outbound calls, emails, product demos, and trials.
- Maintain accurate pipeline management and execute a territory plan.
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Product Management for smooth launches and product growth.
Requirements: - 5-10 years of sales experience in high-pace environments with consistent quota achievement.
- Proven track record of selling security solutions to CISOs and senior security executives in the Southeast US.
- Excellent verbal, written communication, and product demo skills.
- Curiosity to probe deep for customer pain-points and issues related to code security.
- Tenacity to build pipeline, advance deals, and align resources.
- Resilience to handle customer calls and travel for onsite meetings.
- Technical aptitude to become fluent in Semgrep and the DevSecOps industry.
