Job Description
The Auto Funding Processor role at Upgrade involves reviewing automobile loan applications and maintaining an efficient workflow. The role requires close collaboration with loan applicants, dealerships, and the sales team to ensure a quick turnaround time. The funding analyst will complete the funding process in accordance with internal originations policy standards and be a pivotal player in delivering exceptional customer experience to our customers and dealers. Elements of work quality, customer satisfaction, and relationship management all play a large role in the day-to-day success of this position. This is an onsite role based in Upgrade's Orange County office.

What this role involves:
  • Auditing contract packages for irregularities.
  • Ensuring stipulations are satisfied and communicating relevant issues.
  • Verifying credit application information.
  • Collecting additional data from customers and internal personnel.
  • Providing application entry and processing support.
  • Meeting processing expectations metrics.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of two years indirect loan processing or funding experience preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Team-oriented with collaborative skills.
  • Proficiency in PC operations and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
