Job Description
Semgrep is seeking an Inbound Sales Development Representative to grow sales pipeline by triaging, engaging, and qualifying warm marketing qualified leads (MQL). This role involves collaborating with the Global AE team to source sales qualified opportunities and partnering with Marketing to create a critical feedback loop. The position is hybrid, requiring 3 days a week in the San Francisco office.
What this role involves:
- Qualifying and converting marketing leads into sales-ready meetings and opportunities.
- Utilizing Semgrep’s systems and sales enablement tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn, and Outreach.
- Providing accurate lead distribution and thorough discovery to assigned Account Executives.
- Achieving and exceeding quota, territory revenue, and growth objectives.
- Establishing relationships with key internal Marketing & Operations stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree (BA or BS).
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills (Native-level English is a must).
- Self-starter with the ability to learn and follow standardized processes.
- Growth mindset and ability to act on feedback quickly.
- Strong organization and time-management skills.
