Job Description
Upgrade is seeking a Policy & Procedure Analyst to join its Process Management team in Phoenix. This role involves owning the research, writing, and editing of professional quality process and job guide documentation that establishes standard procedures across operational teams in a financial services contact center environment. The ideal candidate will be able to translate high-level conceptual information into thorough written material, contribute to a growing program, and serve as a subject matter expert on operational procedures. They will also proactively communicate with leadership to identify areas for improvement.

What this role involves:
  • Owning the research, writing, and editing of professional quality process and job guide documentation.
  • Understanding and operating within existing change management requirements.
  • Translating high-level conceptual information into written material.
  • Contributing to a growing and structuring program.
  • Serving as a subject matter expert on operational procedures.
  • Interacting and communicating with department and operations leadership.

Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience directly related to procedural documentation and content creation.
  • Formal writing or technical procedural writing experience.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Financial services regulatory and compliance knowledge.
  • Experience in a startup, fintech, or fin-serv call center environment.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
