Job Description
Upgrade is seeking a Senior Product Data Analyst to join their team in Phoenix, AZ. This role will support the Product Servicing Team and collaborate with various departments. The Senior Product Data Analyst will conduct portfolio analyses and use data visualization tools to monitor Upgrade's portfolio, identify trends, and resolve issues. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with large datasets.
What this role involves:
- Synthesizing data and streamlining reconciliation processes.
- Delivering actionable findings and partnering with product managers.
- Analyzing borrower data and internal stakeholder requests.
- Troubleshooting issues and developing solutions.
- Defining new features and servicing-related processes.
- Assisting with system and operational documentation.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of relevant work experience, preferably in financial services or data.
- Advanced knowledge of SQL and Python.
- Experience with relational databases and visualization tools (Tableau preferred).
- Strong communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset.
- Ability to lead and resolve questions and conflicts.
- Adaptability to handle changing tasks.
