Job Description
Visier is seeking a Sr Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis. This role involves planning, reporting, analysis, and decision support to drive Visier's financial performance and strategic initiatives. The Senior Manager will work closely with senior leaders and the VP of Finance to improve financial processes and provide insights to the board of directors and management.
Responsibilities:
- Support long-term, strategic planning.
- Lead and execute planning cycles.
- Design and develop SaaS industry KPIs.
- Improve and deliver recurring reporting packages.
- Perform analysis and provide insights on business performance.
- Manage variance analysis of expenditures.
- Develop and maintain financial models.
- Support decision-making on strategic initiatives.
- Drive automation across functions.
Requirements:
- Tech industry experience, especially within a SaaS environment.
- CPA or CFA designation considered an asset.
- Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, Tableau, Pigment and EPM/planning systems.
- Strong financial analysis and Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
- Ability to embrace change and build flexible processes.
- Strong communication skills.
