Job Description

Visier is seeking a Senior Software Developer to join their Visier People Apps team in Vancouver, BC. The Senior Software Developer will contribute to the growth of Visier's analytics and planning products by adding new product capabilities and improving usability. The role involves close collaboration with the product management team to deliver end-to-end solutions for customer challenges.Responsibilities:

• Delivering new features and products for the Visier People Apps product lines
• Gathering customer and market requirements and designing new software features and solutions
• Contributing expertise to innovate and improve technical processes and best practices
• Leading and mentoring junior team members
• Implementing scalable and maintainable designs for complex features

Requirements:

• Extensive professional experience developing web-based, workflow-heavy products
• Excellent coding skills in JavaScript or Typescript
• Excellent knowledge of data structures and algorithms
• Ability to work quickly to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to disciplined and top-quality software development
• A strong academic background in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a similar field
