Visier is seeking a Head of Talent Acquisition to lead their end-to-end strategy and execution on sourcing, recruiting, hiring, and onboarding. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive strategy to attract, assess, hire, onboard, and retain top talent cross-functionally, globally, and at all levels of the organization.Visier is looking for someone with a strategic mindset who can quickly establish trust and deliver impact to the business. This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration skills with hiring managers, external partners, and leadership.

Requirements:
  • 15+ years of end-to-end recruiting experience with at least 5+ years in a leadership/management role
  • Strong track record in designing, managing, and executing global hiring plans in the tech industry for in-person, hybrid, and distributed workforce
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with hiring managers, external partners, and leadership
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret recruiting data and metrics
  • Deep understanding of labor markets and compliance requirements across regions
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools and platforms
  • Expertise in offer management and negotiation
