Product Engineer

Job Description

Alchemy is seeking a Product Engineer to join their Customer Engineering team. In this role, the individual will work closely with Alchemy's customers, ensuring a positive user experience and helping them maximize the value they derive from the platform. They will manage customer relationships from the outset, ensuring a smooth onboarding process and setting customers up for sustained success. The Product Engineer will promptly and effectively address customer inquiries, issues, and requests, leveraging their firsthand knowledge to inform the product roadmap and collaborating with various internal teams to ensure the product continues to meet customer needs.

This role is ideal for someone with a technical background who enjoys working across multiple business functions, with a primary focus on delivering customer-centric results. The majority of their time will be dedicated to understanding customer needs, providing solutions, and translating feedback into product decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on technical support to Alchemy's customers.
• Deliver a stellar customer experience, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to meet their unique challenges and goals.
• Gather product feedback and track usage/performance to inform product roadmap decisions.
• Serve as the voice of the customer within the organization.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Partner with internal teams to drive long-term solutions and product development decisions.
• Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Drive customer referrals to expand Alchemy's reach.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in a software development role.
• Technical degree.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Ability to understand and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent people skills to monitor and measure customer performance.
• Interest in technology, blockchain, and crypto.
• Experience with blockchain is a plus.
• Experience founding a company or building side projects is a plus.
• Experience in startups is a plus.
