Alchemy is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead critical engineering programs from concept to execution. This role involves shaping the function as one of the first TPM hires within the company. The Technical Program Manager will leverage leadership, communication, and engineering skills to scale programs and guide engineering efforts, ensuring Alchemy remains a reliable blockchain platform.About Alchemy:Alchemy's mission is to bring web3 to a billion people by providing builders with the tools they need to build exceptional onchain products. • Operationalizing and executing key cross-functional engineering programs and projects.
• Defining, scoping, and improving operational needs across the engineering organization.
• Owning program health and success metrics and leveraging data to drive roadmaps.
• Collaborating in cross-functional environments and managing stakeholders.
• Aiding in defining the vision and structure of the TPM organization at Alchemy.

Requirements:

• 3+ years in Technical Program Management, Program Management, Product Operations, or a related domain.
• BS/BA degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Experience partnering with Engineering, Product Management, Business Development, and Customer Support teams.
• Experience scaling and improving efficiency of both engineering and cross-functional programs or operations.
• Strong track record of leading end-to-end execution of projects and programs that deliver quantifiable business impact.
• Natural problem-solving skills and adaptability to dynamic environments.
• Web3 experience, founding a company, or building side projects are a plus.
