IT Manager, Bucharest at Alchemy

Alchemy is seeking an IT Manager to support its Bucharest office. The IT Team works closely with all of Alchemy’s departments to ensure a fantastic experience on IT supported platforms. This role offers the opportunity to partner with Global IT, Security, and Facilities, gaining exposure to all aspects of IT, including Networking, Audio Visual / Zoom systems, Applications, Hardware, Support, and Office constructions and moves.

Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on technical support for Alchemy’s team members.
• Participate in IT projects impacting local and global teams.
• Manage local IT vendors to support the Bucharest office.
• Ensure the smooth operation of AV conferencing and sound systems.
• Manage physical security access systems to the office.
• Manage the local Network, Wireless Access Points, and Firewalls.
• Provide hardware and software support.
• On/off board team members.

Requirements:

• Hands-on technical lead capable of working independently.
• Required technical expertise of macOS, Chrome, GSuite, Okta, Zoom, Slack, MDM (Jamf or Kandji), Networking, Github.
• Ability to script APIs.
• Previous service desk experience and customer service.
• Strong communicator across numerous mediums and styles.
• Ability to (re)prioritize multiple tasks on a daily/weekly basis.
• Previous office build/move experience for 100 people.
• Prior vendor management experience focused on selection, partnership building and assurance of service delivery to required KPI
• Nice to have knowledge of: Asana, Notion, Windows, Office 365
