Job Description

Alchemy is seeking a Product Lead for its Node Services product vertical. This role involves guiding the direction of the product to improve blockchain interactions. The Product Lead will manage a team and collaborate with engineering and go-to-market teams.Responsibilities include:

• Setting the strategic roadmap for the Node Services team.
• Working with leadership to execute initiatives.
• Managing a team of Product Managers.
• Providing input into product strategy.
• Implementing industry best practices.

Alchemy is looking for someone with:

• 6+ years of product management experience.
• 3+ years of people management experience.
• Product management experience at a high-growth startup.
• Experience with developer tools or APIs at scale.
• Stellar communication skills.
• Analytical skills.
• Self-starter attitude.
• Passion for blockchain technologies (a plus).
• Previous founder experience (a plus).
