Alchemy is seeking an APAC Business Development Lead to drive the adoption of its web3 developer platform in the Asia-Pacific region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, and will collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer success.   • Building and owning the entire sales process.
  • Engaging with potential customers and understanding their needs.
  • Educating cryptocurrency companies about blockchain nodes.
  • Tracking and analyzing sales performance.
  • Collaborating with internal business and technology teams.
  • Refining and establishing processes to support business needs.
  • Developing long-term, trustworthy strategic relationships.
  • Creating compelling value propositions.
  • Managing and reporting using a CRM.
  • Providing customer feedback to product and engineering teams.
  • Working with support and communicating with customers.
  • Maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of quota-carrying experience in a client-facing Account Executive role
  • Knowledge and passion for the crypto/blockchain industry
  • Self-starter attitude and the ability to execute new ideas with autonomy
  • Strong desire to work in sales at an early-stage startup
  • Demonstrated success in identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing large-scale technology projects to complex enterprise accounts
  • Experience driving technology adoption and creating long term transformational account strategies
  • Ability to operate independently and proactively in an effort to source and progress new business
  • Proficiency using CRM software, forecasting, and opportunity management
  • Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills
  • Capable of understanding of customer pain points, requirements and correlating potential business to value that can be provided by technical services
  • Experience managing numerous requests and time demands concurrently
