Creative Services Project Coordinator at Armis Security

Armis, a cyber exposure management and security company, is seeking a Creative Services Project Coordinator to manage project timelines, coordinate workflow, and ensure efficient scheduling of creative assets and resources. The Project Coordinator will serve as a point of contact between creative teams, marketing, and other departments to ensure timely delivery of creative projects while maintaining high-quality standards.

This is an office-based role located in Bucharest, requiring 3-4 days a week in the office.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain project schedules for creative teams.
• Assign and allocate resources, including designers, copywriters, and production staff.
• Streamline and manage the creative workflow from project initiation to final delivery.
• Act as the main point of contact between creative teams, marketing, and external vendors.
• Track team bandwidth and adjust workloads to optimize efficiency.
• Ensure all creative assets meet brand guidelines and project specifications.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years in project scheduling, traffic management, or creative operations.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Trello, Workfront).
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Quick thinking and proactive approach to handling scheduling conflicts.
