Job Description
Armis, a cyber exposure management and security company, is seeking a Marketing Data Analyst to join their team in Bucharest. This office-based role (3-4 days a week) will be integral to the Marketing Operations team, focusing on data accuracy, governance, and scalability. The Marketing Data Analyst will serve as a steward of Armis' data ecosystem, enabling data-driven decisions across the business.
Responsibilities: - Interpret and apply data strategy to address business challenges.
- Identify and integrate data sources, ensuring data quality.
- Implement processes to manage and resolve data quality issues.
- Proactively analyze and optimize the database for accessibility and scalability.
- Partner with stakeholders to solve complex problems and provide strategic recommendations.
- Ensure alignment with industry standards for data governance and compliance.
- Leverage analytics and automation to deliver actionable business insights.
Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.
- Certified in Marketo administration (or ability to acquire certification).
- Strong experience with data analysis, documentation, and SQL.
- Practical knowledge of data governance and compliance best practices.
- Familiarity with analytics and automation tools.
- Deep understanding of business context and industry trends.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
