Armis is seeking a Senior Video Producer to lead video production efforts from concept to final editing. The role is based in Bucharest, Romania, and requires being office-based 3-4 days a week. The ideal candidate will possess strong creative vision and technical expertise in video production.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality videos for marketing, social media, events, and corporate communications.
  • Operate professional camera equipment, lighting, and audio gear.
  • Edit raw footage into polished videos using software like Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
  • Incorporate motion graphics, animations, and special effects.
  • Develop video concepts aligned with brand messaging in collaboration with marketing teams.
  • Manage video production equipment and digital asset libraries.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in videography or filmmaking.
  • Proven portfolio showcasing professional video production work.
  • Proficiency in professional video cameras (Sony, Canon, RED, Blackmagic, etc.).
  • Expertise in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, etc.).
  • Strong storytelling and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management abilities.
