Director, Marketing Centre of Excellence (MCoE) at Armis Security

Armis is looking for a Director of Marketing Centre of Excellence (MCoE) to build, lead, and manage the MCoE team in Romania. The Director will report to the Chief Marketing Officer and the Marketing Chief of Staff, overseeing the day-to-day management of marketing professionals and aligning them with the global marketing organization's strategic goals. This role involves fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration, while mentoring and inspiring the team to achieve extraordinary results. This is an office-based role in Bucharest (3-4 days a week).

• Build, lead, and manage a high-performing MCoE team.
• Act as the primary point of contact between the MCoE and the global marketing team.
• Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness and efficiency of the MCoE team.
• Work closely with global marketing leaders.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the MCoE, including resource allocation, budget oversight, and administrative responsibilities.

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience in marketing, program management, or related roles within a global organization.
• Proven track record of leading and managing high-performing teams across diverse functions.
• Experience in establishing or managing marketing hubs, centers of excellence, or distributed teams is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of marketing operations, campaign management, analytics, and content creation.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on driving results.
• Experience in mentoring and developing talent.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity, SaaS, or B2B technology industries is a strong advantage.
