Marketo Administration Associate at Armis Security

Armis is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Marketo Administration Associate to join their marketing team in Bucharest. This role is critical to the flawless execution of marketing communications and campaigns, ensuring compliance with GDPR standards and optimizing performance.

The ideal candidate will manage the end-to-end process of email campaign deployment, performance tracking, and reporting while maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.

What this role involves:

• Building and sending daily email campaigns using Marketo.
• Conducting A/B testing to optimize email performance.
• Proofreading and reviewing all email content for branding and compliance.
• Testing links, formats, and deliverability.
• Ensuring all email campaigns adhere to GDPR and data privacy regulations.
• Monitoring and analyzing email campaign performance.
• Advising marketing stakeholders on digital engagement and demand generation.
• Creating, executing, and reporting on newsletters, emails, landing pages, nurture campaigns, and forms in Marketo.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in email marketing and/or marketing operations (2–3 years).
• Marketo Certified Expert or ability to achieve certification within 6 months.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of GDPR and data privacy best practices.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
