Armis is seeking a results-driven Paid Media Manager to oversee and optimize its paid media efforts. Armis is a cyber exposure management and security company that protects the entire attack surface and manages an organization’s cyber risk exposure in real time. The role is office-based in Bucharest, requiring 3-4 days a week in the office.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary liaison between Armis and the external paid media agency.
  • Work closely with the Global Campaigns, Customer Marketing and Regional Marketing to ensure alignment on messaging and campaign objectives.
  • Monitor agency performance and hold them accountable for deliverables, deadlines, and results.
  • Analyze campaign performance data and generate insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure campaigns and related spend are optimized to drive maximum ROI.
  • Drive A/B tests and implement learnings to improve ad performance.
  • Manage the paid media budget, ensuring allocation, tracking, and pacing align with forecasts and targets.
  • Establish guardrails and provide guidance to prevent campaign overlap.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Operations to ensure integration of technology platforms.
  • Create and present regular performance reports.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and recommend new strategies.
  • Conduct Quality Assurance (QA) of all campaigns before they go live.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on paid media, ideally within the B2B SaaS industry.
  • Proven track record of managing external agencies and achieving measurable campaign success.
  • Deep understanding of paid media platforms, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using platforms like Google Analytics, Marketo, Salesforce, or similar tools.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets and report on financial metrics.
  • A team player with a strong and confident personality and a positive attitude.
  • Strong grasp of the English language (spoken and written).
