Armis, a cyber exposure management and security company, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Group Lead to guide the innovative parts of their portfolio. This role will be based in Israel.
The Product Group Lead will collaborate with executives, peers, clients, and analysts to define the vision and strategy for their domain. They will lead and mentor a team of product managers, cultivating a customer-centric culture. The Product Group Lead will translate strategy into product roadmaps based on market requirements, competitive positioning, and operational constraints. They will also communicate plans and establish shared understanding across the company, overseeing product development and working closely with pre- and post-sales teams to ensure product-market fit and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision and strategy.
- Lead and mentor a team of product managers.
- Translate strategy into product roadmaps.
- Communicate plans and establish shared understanding.
- Oversee product development.
- Work with pre- and post-sales teams.
- Define and analyze metrics for product success.
- Maximize efficiency and improve product management methodologies.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in Product Management roles.
- 4 years of experience managing product teams.
- Experience building security products and strong technical background.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
- 'Get SXXX done' approach and great interpersonal skills.
