Armis is seeking a Content Creation Specialist to join its Enablement Team in Bucharest. The Content Creation Specialist will be responsible for developing high-quality training materials for Armis University, catering to diverse audiences such as employees, partners, customers, and key stakeholders. He/She will collaborate with subject matter experts to transform complex technical information into consumable and engaging content.
- Develop and write training content for on-demand and instructor-led formats.
- Collaborate with SMEs to gather and interpret technical information.
- Organize and drive projects from start to finish.
- Create scripts and materials tailored to specific audiences.
- Create and edit audio and video media.
- Utilize rapid development authoring tools.
- Ensure content aligns with organizational goals and meets quality standards.
- Adapt writing style to match the audience.
- Maintain a consistent and professional approach to all written content.
- Actively contribute to content reviews and incorporate feedback.
- Proven experience in technical writing, instructional design, or content development.
- Strong scriptwriting skills.
- Familiarity with both on-demand and instructor-led training methodologies.
- Exceptional English language skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with SMEs and cross-functional teams.
- Flexibility to adapt tone and style based on audience needs.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Articulate Rise and other relevant tools for content creation.
- Experience in SaaS, technology, or security-related industries.
- Background in developing content for global audiences.
- Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
- Background in security or cybersecurity is a plus.
