Chainguard is seeking a highly motivated Commercial Account Executive to cover the ANZ region. This role involves building relationships with key decision-makers and evangelizing the importance of secure and reliable software. The ideal candidate will possess strong market knowledge and a passion for conveying the value of Chainguard's solutions.Role involves:
  • Defining and executing sales plans for the assigned territory.
  • Conveying value proposition and product differentiators to prospects and customers.
  • Forecasting, meeting, and exceeding quota.
  • Developing and managing leads funnel through inbound and outbound efforts.
  • Managing business and tracking opportunities through CRM and other supporting tools.
  • Collaborating on and improving all aspects of the sales cycle.
  • Understanding the competitive market and competing companies.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of selling SaaS/Security experience.
  • Domain experience with compute platforms, DevOps Tooling, or CICD platforms.
  • Strong track record of overachieving sales targets.
  • Ability to learn new products and processes quickly.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Team player.
  • Willingness to travel to clients (if required).
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and strong work ethic.
