Job Description
Chainguard is seeking a highly motivated Corporate Account Executive to join their sales team. This role focuses on building relationships with key decision-makers and promoting secure and reliable software solutions within the North Atlantic region. The ideal candidate will possess strong market knowledge and a passion for evangelizing the value of Chainguard's offerings.Role involves:
  • Defining and executing sales plans for the assigned territory.
  • Conveying value proposition and product differentiators to prospects and customers.
  • Forecasting, meeting, and exceeding quota.
  • Developing and managing leads funnel through inbound and outbound efforts.
  • Managing business and tracking opportunities through CRM and other supporting tools.
  • Collaborating on and improving all aspects of the sales cycle.
  • Understanding the competitive market and competing companies.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of selling SaaS/Security experience.
  • Located in the North-Atlantic Region (Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Vermont, New Hampshire, and Maine).
  • Domain experience with compute platforms, DevOps Tooling, or CICD platforms.
  • Strong track record of overachieving sales targets.
  • Ability to learn new products and processes quickly.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Team player with a strong work ethic.
  • Willingness to travel to clients if required.
