Chainguard is seeking a highly motivated Public Sector Account Executive to focus on State & Local and/or Public & Private Higher Education (SLED). The Account Executive will play a key role in establishing a presence within SLED customer accounts and evangelizing Secure Software Supply Chains.Role involves:
Defining and executing an account plan for the SLED territory.
Driving the adoption of Chainguard Images to new customers.
Evangelizing the value proposition and ROI to prospects and leads.
Positioning as a trusted advisor within a government program.
Championing offerings with key stakeholders.
Collaborating with internal business functions.
Leveraging community, partner ecosystems, and marketing.
Forecasting accurately to meet and exceed quota.
Managing business and track opportunities in SFDC.
Requirements:
8+ years of Enterprise Sales Experience in SLED.
Competitive, driven, and a team player.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
