Senior Legal Counsel - Construction Law (all genders) at GROPYUS

GROPYUS, a company focused on sustainable and affordable buildings, seeks a Senior Legal Counsel to join their Legal Team in Berlin. The role involves supporting construction development projects and advising stakeholders in Development and Execution Teams on various legal matters.

The Senior Legal Counsel will work with other counsel and colleagues in Compliance, Finance, and Building System Development.

Responsibilities Include:

• Accompany all construction development projects of the GROPYUS group.
• Support stakeholders in drafting and negotiating contracts.
• Provide advice on Construction and Architects’ law and general commercial law.
• Support due diligences of new properties with regard to construction law topics.
• Set up suitable project structures with a focus on GROPYUS as a general contractor.

The Ideal Candidate Should Possess:

• Fully qualified German lawyer (both state exams).
• 3+ years of experience in Construction and Architects’ Law.
• Excellent command of English and German.
• Technical skills paired with sound judgment.
