Senior Project Manager (all genders) at GROPYUS

GROPYUS is seeking a Senior Project Manager to manage business-critical programs and projects end-to-end. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for assessing project scope, requirements, and risks, establishing project governance and reporting, and optimizing overall processes. The ideal candidate will be a natural communicator, an active listener, and possess strong leadership skills.

The Role Involves:

• Assessing and analyzing project scope, requirements, critical path, risks, constraints, dependencies, and stakeholder/interface groups.
• Establishing and operating project/program governance and reporting.
• Prioritizing tasks and providing clarity to the project team and stakeholders.
• Finding and engaging the right people to support program and project delivery.
• Steering stakeholders with data-driven recommendations.

Requirements:

• At least 6 years of end-to-end project and program management experience.
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects.
• Experience working with agile teams and in traditional project management environments.
• Ability to define problems, business requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Fluent in English and German.
